Who we are and what we do Agency of Scottish Government Provide funding for all eligible students studying throughout UK Process approximately 160,000 applications each year
Residence eligibility Ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands for the three years prior to first day of the first academic year of course and ordinarily resident in Scotland on 1 August Non UK or EU national must have ‘settled status’ in the UK as set out in the Immigration Act 1971
Course eligibility Higher National Certificate (HNC) Higher National Diploma (HND) Degree Nursing and Midwifery PGDE
Tuition Fees Study in Scotland – free tuition fees if eligible Study elsewhere in UK – pay up to £9,000 each year or use student loan EU students – fees only
