Comments Thanks always Livia Whyte 1 the last time I requested a repeat prescription it was lost, which resulted in anxiety and time wasting 2 The receptionsit didn't inform me that the GP telephone consultation would take place within an hour of the time given, I had to call back to check I was on the system. Everything possible is/has been done to make our surgery a very pleasant place from the receptionist to the doctors room to prescriptions to chemist. I'm a very happy and fulfilled patient Comment on the front: JUST wanted to suggest open wifi for waiting room area. I would use it a lot b4 speaking tp doc. Ect patient.co.uk + nhs.co.uk ect to de stress on net. Mark Wilson SW9 7ND You don't listen
