He is Omnipotent (all-power) - Rev 19:6 – The Almighty He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalm 91:1) "And I will be a father to you, And you shall be sons and daughters to Me," Says the Lord Almighty. (2 Cor. 6:18) "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." (Rev 1:8) A Powerful God

He is Omnipotent (all-power) And the LORD said to Moses, “Is the LORD’S power limited? Now you shall see whether My word will come true for you or not” (Numbers 11:23). “‘Ah Lord GOD! THE GOSPEL God’s Power to Forgive

God’s Power to Forgive Why did God display His power in creation? “He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, 27 that they would seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him” – Acts 17:26-27

God’s Power towards US “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what …the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 1:18-20) God can raise us from the worst of deaths – Ephesians 2:1-9 – God Can Create and Re-Create “And God raised the Lord and will also raise us up by his power” (1 Cor. 6:14)

God’s Power towards US “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” (1 Peter 1:3-5) If God sustains His creation, can He not sustain and protect His children?

FAITH “So that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.” (1 Cor. 2:5) Our faith must rest in God alone, not in ourselves or other men.
