Employee Assistance To support the health, wellbeing, and productivity of NCSA faculty and staff, NCSA is collaborating in a new State EAP (employee assistance program) Deer Oaks Behavioral Health –National provider (11 states) –Based in San Antonio, Texas –Network of 450 providers across NC
Faculty & Staff Assistance Services include DIRECT: Confidential employee assessment & referral services Assessment & referral services for immediate family members Web based resources on health, family, financial matters THRU HR: Consultation & referral services for managers Logistical support for Fitness-for-Duty evaluations Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) services
Who’s Eligible Faculty, EPA-NT, and SPA employees Also available to immediate family members of covered employees Not students or temp employees
