The Importance of water Simplified and organized By Adil Al Bedri

Water is one of the best things you can do to keep your skin in shape. In shape = in good condition

It keeps your skin moist. Moist رطب wet مبلل watery مائي damp رطب

It also helps your cells get rid of toxins. Cells خلايا Get rid of يتخلص من = remove, dispose Toxin / toksin / a poisonous substance that is produced by bacteria and causes disease.

And it helps with blood flow, keeping your skin glowing Blood / blʌd / الدم Glowing متوهج Flashy مبهرج garish متوهج

Final advice The common advice is to drink 8 glasses of water a day, but you may not need exactly that many. The water in fruits, veggies, juice, and milk counts toward your total.
