DEFINITION The Paul Harris Society of District 6400 is a new level of recognition for those donors who make a commitment to contribute $1,000 or more each year to The Rotary Foundation. The Paul Harris Society of District 6400 is a new level of recognition for those donors who make a commitment to contribute $1,000 or more each year to The Rotary Foundation.
