GEF-5 Replenishment 8 GEF-5 Replenishment negotiations concluded on May 12, The Replenishment became effective on March 16, donors pledged $4.3 billion to the GEF-5 replenishment, which represents a 54% increase in new resources provided by donors. 28 donors have deposited IoCs whose pledges account for $3.35 billion.
