INTERNET ETIQUETTE By: Chyra Vincent

NETIQUETTE BASICS HELP THE NEWBIES! RESEARCH BEFORE ASKING! REMEMBER EMOTION! PEOPLE AREN’T ORGANIZATIONS! RESPECT COPYRIGHT!

HELP THE NEWBIES EVERYONE HAS TO START OFF SOMEWHERE. AND KNOWING SOMEONE IS NEW YOU SHOULD BE NICE AND HELP THEM. YOU COULD GIVE THEM TIPS AND TELL THEM GOOD WEBSITES!

RESEARCH BEFORE ASKING MANY PEOPLE HAVE THINGS GOING ON IN THEIR DAILY LIFE. YOU AS A PERSON HAS STUFF GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE TO, SO DON’T BOTHER PEOPLE WITH QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS ABOUT STUFF YOU COULD EASILY LOOK UP ON A QUICK SEARCH!

REMEMBER EMOTION SOMETIMES THINGS ARENT CLEAR AND PEOPLE OFTEN TAKE THINGS THAT AREN’T MEANT TO BE MEAN OR RUDE BUT IT IS! LIKE WHEN PEOPLE USE FACES{:]} OR EXCLAMATION POINTS{!!!!!}. IT MAY NOT COME OFF WRITE TO THE PERSON THAT IS READING YOUR POST, , MESSAGE, COMMENT AND ECT.

PEOPLE AREN’T ORGANIZATIONS SOME PEOPLE TEND TO SEND S FROM THEIR JOBS/ PLACES THEY WORK AT, BECAUSE THAT MAY BE THE ONLY EMIAL ACCOUNT THEY HAVE. YOU SHOULD NOT THINK THAT THEY ARE REPRESENTINIG THE COMPANY IN ANYWAY. IF YOU TEND TO DO THIS YOU SHOULD PUT SOME KIND OF SIGNATURE AT THE END OF THE OR MESSAGE.

RESPECT COPYRIGHT EVERYONE SHOULD RESPECT COPYRIGHT IT IS SOMEONE ELSE WORK AND YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR SOMEONE ELSES STUFF THIS IS ALSO CALLED PLAGARISM AND YOU COULD GET IN BIG TROUBLE FOR IT NEVER DO IT!

THE END THIS IS THE END OF MY PRESENTATION THANK YOU
