What is an Entrepreneur? An entrepreneur is someone who: Comes up with a good idea for a business Organises all the elements needed for the business to work Takes a risk by putting time and money into the business

Task Use the Internet to research an entrepreneur. Your entrepreneur can be taken from the previous list – or can be an idea of your own. Create a presentation all about your entrepreneur. Be prepared to share what you have found with the rest of the class.

Homework 1.What is meant by the term entrepreneur? 2.List the names of three entrepreneurs you have heard of. 3.For each of the entrepreneurs mentioned above, name and describe the type of business they run – i.e. what it sells and whether it is a good or a service. If possible look up the internet and find a picture of them to stick in your jotter and show the class.
