Penang Times Square Situated along the Jalan Dato’ Keramat Develop by Ivory Properties Group The whole project is divided into 4 phases Occupied a space of 5.2ha

Phase 1 Is called Birch the Plaza Occupied a space of 1.72ha Consist of 395 condominiums, 22 penthouses and 211 retail lots.

Adjacent to phrase 1 is the Chin Ho Plaza Can accommodate 5000 people and a stage It named after the entrepreneur and smelter Lee Chin Ho who started the tin smelting at the site and produced the world famous Escoy brand Straits refined tin.

Phase 2 is called Birch Regacy Built up to a space of 1.12ha include 341 condominiums, 18 penthouses and 159 retail lots
