Nouns refer to people, places, things and ideas. Adjectives describe those nouns In Spanish, to make nouns or adjectives plural 1. add –s when it ends in vowel 2. add –es when it ends in consonant silla → sillas cartel → carteles gracioso → graciosos Singular nouns or adjectives that end in z: change the z to c and then add -es lápiz → lápices feliz → felices
