BDUG Mission Statement Increase the information flow between DTCC and its participant banks Provide DTCC’s management with input related to their policies, procedures, and operations Promote a spirit of cooperation and goodwill among BDUG members and DTCC

2008 Goals  Increase Membership by 5% to Membership had a slight decrease due to acquisitions and business changes  Increase Annual Meeting Attendees 10% to 75 Actual attendance Budget restrictions due to earnings challenges  Maintain Exhibitor Support 2007 Exhibitors 2008 Exhibitors  Others In 2007 Town Hall Meeting Review

2008 ANNUAL MEETING  Attendance 43 Members 25 Member Banks 8 First Time Attendees 12 Exhibitors  Additional early registration fee discount - First two member bank attendees - $450 and $225 for each additional member bank attendee

2007 Town Hall In Review  Actively solicit new members for BDUG throughout the year 2008 Membership had a slight decrease from 48 To 42 due to acquisitions and business changes  Actively participate in industry related Participated in quarterly SIFMA call Continue focus in 2009 with committee member changes  Meet frequently with DTCC representatives Annual meeting with DTCC Management held in March DTCC participation in Class Action and DRS Webinars
