Portion Control: Fruits and Vegetables 1/4 C total 1-2 year olds 1/2 C total 3-5 year olds

Portion Control: Deli Meat 1 oz. = 1 slice for regular thickness 2-3 slices for thin slices Read portion sizes on nutrition labels.

Portion Control Know your conversions: 1oz = 28 grams (approx.) 1 cup = 8oz etc., etc. Google works wonders!

Portion Control: Cheese 1-1/2 slices 1 oz. of cheese 4 dice

Portion Control: Peanut Butter 1-2 years = 2 Tbs. 3-5 years = 3 Tbs = 4 Tbs.
