A Charter in a Box

The Business Model in a Box The Objective is to provide designated driver services with a successful business model to grow in their community while executing the mission of saving lives and keeping their community safe.

Our system is designed to push your team to raise money by offering local businesses a tangible service and excellent public relations in exchange for their sponsorship support. Our model builds and markets one brand; there’s no need to “reinvent the wheel”. Our system provides our Charters with tangible services, support, capacity building, and financial grants. The program is designed to reward our Charters for their efforts by providing advancement opportunities based on their work. Our program is National. Why Choose Our Charter? We are a designated driver service and we understand your needs…

Upon becoming a Will Be D.D. Charter Member, your organization will: Receive shared professional resources in accounting, marketing, budgets, branding, and fundraising support programs Receive grant funds with allocations designed for capacity building in relation to your productivity Experience rapid growth and recognition within your community Be apart of the “bigger picture” as your Charter receives National recognition and support from Fortune 1000 constituents Charter Objectives Now, let’s examine the model…

3.1 Going National Menu While working together as a team to take this program National, our Program will qualify and be eligible for numerous Federal and State Grants in which our Corporate Headquarters will apply. When grant funds are awarded, the program will create eligibility criteria based on your ability to generate Corporate Sponsors and hold successful fundraisers. The organization allocates percentage-based grant funds relative to the number of Charters and their respective Level of Achievement (i.e., Level 1, 2, 3, or 4). The higher the level, the higher percentage of grant funds you’re allocated. All monies raised from Corporate Sponsors are deposited to Corporate. Small, local-based fundraisers and your fee-based services are yours to keep, provided you are recognized as a 501c 3 non- profit by the IRS; however, must be reported to Corporate.

3.2 Corporate Legwork Menu HR Executives with Fortune 1000 Companies, Nationally for contributions through the IRS Section 7520 Grant Funding Applications with NHTSA, Department of Transportation, and on task to research grant opportunities on State levels for our Charter Members Nightlife & Performing Arts program initiatives for support by your local alcohol and restaurant establishments Smart Phone application for scheduling Safe Rides Home, national level Press Releases & Facebook Networking Our Corporate vendors are National Corporate Headquarters, located in Waldorf, Maryland are working on the following program initiatives:

3.3 Program Impact Menu Many philanthropy institutions including those in private, and Federal and State agencies have specific accountability requirements for program effectiveness and community impact, should they issue grant funds for a program. Will Be Designated Driver, Inc. provides our Chartered members with the tools necessary for appropriately measuring program impact in their area. In the grants and non-profit world, measuring program impact is an essential part of the services to a community. Reporting the number of passengers within specific time frames allows for an analytical and statistical measurement for the basis of reporting to our constituents. Without this data, the sponsors of our Program will never know the value of their support. Thus, reporting back to them on your overall success in executing your mission is equally important as their donated dollars.

OUR MISSION Our mission is to assist local policing authorities by applying countermeasures to mitigate alcohol-impaired driving, thereby, keeping the citizens of our community and their families safe.
