Step #1—Inserting the Standards The foci for this science page are cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems. An overview of the common core standard is included. Feel free to include the standard on the content page. There is a text box on the template where you can copy and paste any or all of this information.

Step #2—Embedding an Avatar Creating and using an avatar is a great way to hook students in and personalize their learning. Follow the steps to insert an introduction to this science focus on cells, tissue, organs, and organ systems.

Step #3—Linking to Another Site There are so many amazing resources online for teachers to use! And let’s face it—there is no reason to reinvent the wheel when what you want to expose your students to has already been created. Follow these steps to insert a link to another site.

Step #4—Practice! Insert the provided slideshow about cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems. It will be inserted the same way as the avatar because it has an embed code. Follow the steps for Embedding an Avatar to insert this slideshow.

Step #5—Practice! Copy the link to a quiz assessing the information students have been exposed to. Follow the steps for Linking to Another Site to link to this assessment.

Step #1—Inserting the Standards The Massachusetts State Standards that relate to this focus have been included. Feel free to include the standards on the wix content page. There is a text box on the template where you can copy and paste any or all of this information.

Step #2—Embedding an Avatar Creating and using an avatar is a great way to hook students in and personalize their learning. Follow the steps below to insert an introduction to this math focus on Geometry.

Step #3—Embedding a Movie Embedding a movie is the same as embedding an avatar, or anything else that comes with an embed code. Follow the steps to embed a geography movie that introduces students to geometry language, purpose, and relation to the real world.

Step #1—Including the Standards The focus for this social studies page is Ancient and Classical Civilizations in the Mediterranean to the Fall of the Roman Empire. The Massachusetts State Standards that relate to this focus have been included. Feel free to include the standard on the content page. There is a text box on the template where you can copy and paste any or all of this information.

Step #2—Embedding an Avatar Creating and using an avatar is a great way to hook students in and personalize their learning. Follow the steps below to insert an introduction to this social studies focus on Ancient Greece.

Step #3—Inputing a Slideshow Slideshows are a great way to present information to students and teach them the value and purpose of note taking skills. Follow the steps to insert a slideshow on Ancient and Classical Greece.

Step #4—Adding a Menu to the Slideshow Adding a menu to the slideshow makes navigating through the content much easier. For example, if students need to revisit a slide, the navigation system makes that easy for them. Follow the steps to add a navigation system to your slideshow.

Step #1—Adding a Menu to the Slideshow The focus for this English Language Arts page is on the common core reading standards. The Common Core Standards that relate to this focus have been included. Feel free to include the standards on the content page. There is a text box on the template where you can copy and paste any or all of this information.

Step #2—Embedding an Avatar Creating and using an avatar is a great way to hook students in and personalize their learning. Follow the steps to insert an introduction to this ELA focus on author’s purpose and genre.

Step #3—Linking to Another Site There are so many amazing resources online for teachers to use! And let’s face it—there is no reason to reinvent the wheel when what you want to expose your students to has already been created. Follow these steps to insert a link to another site.
