Purpose for our finances ‘Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy’ ‘That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate’ ‘Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may hold on eternal life’ (I Tim 6 v 17-19)

Obedience and our finances Romans 6 :16 (paraphrased) Who you chose to obey, you become servants to! We want to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by correctly interpreting the Word of God through the promptings of the Holy Spirit

Wisdom and our finances 2 Timothy 2 : 15 ‘Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth’. A great place to start is Proverbs and Ecclesiastes
