ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE (EEC) For ALL Buildings of the Public Sector in Greece, it is required:  EEC is placed at a conspicuous position at the buildings’ entrance.  The role of the public buildings’ energy responsible was established.  Special provisions, aiming at improving the buildings’ energy efficiency were enacted.
