When your name is called, answer with a loud, “Yes Sir/Ma’am!” and move to where you are told. Quickly! When you are asked to perform your Public Speaking, simply say, “My name is ……… May I begin – SIR/MA’AM?!” and then say, “My name is ……… May I begin – SIR/MA’AM?!” and then say, “Thank you SIR/MA’AM!”

 Step back in a fighting stance and “KIYAH!”

 Attacker grabs wrist with both hands, thumbs on top

 Make a fist  Reach in and grab your fist

 Step in with same side as grabbed hand  Rotate arm vertically, pushing elbow up  Pull fist back

 Step back into a fighting stance and “KIYAH!”
