o Hearts pumps the blood to arteries and veins and they transport it. o Oxygen reaches the left side of the heart and enters the biggest artery called the aorta.

 Blood moves food through your body.  Blood is keeping you alive by bringing you oxygen to your body.

o White blood cells are like soldiers protecting your body. o Arteries are vessels that carry blood back to the heart.

 The heart is the size of your fist.  The blood moves down and back by veins.  It takes one minute for all the blood to go down and up.  Vains carry waist prodecs.
