Crostata al cioccolato Chocolate tart Carolina Giacomel

Ingredienti Ingredients 130 gr di burro 130 gr of butter 250 gr di farina 250 gr of flour 3 uova 3 eggs 70 gr di zucchero 70 gr of sugar 1 limone grattugiato 1 grated lemon ½ cucchiaino di lievito ½ teaspoon of baking powder 1 pizzico di sale 1 pinch of salt

1. Dopo aver lasciato ammorbidire il burro, mescolarlo con lo zucchero 1. Soften the butter and stir with sugar 2. Mescolare le 3 rosse d’uovo con lo zucchero, aggiungendo la buccia di limone, fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso 2. Stir 3 eggs with sugar, add lemon peel, until the mixture becomes creamy
