Country Club Creek Trail 12/9/14jvsalinas 7 Approximately 3-mile multi-use path generally running along Country Club Creek connecting Lady Bird Lake to Mabel Davis Park in southeast Austin. Two segments of the trail that need to be constructed 0.5 mile trail section - from Ventura Drive to Burleson Road through an existing City of Austin electric easement. Note: Existing segment along Pleasant Valley from Burleson Road to East Oltorf. 1 mile section - from East Oltorf to the existing gravel trail just north of Elmont Drive.

Evaluation Factors (continued) Accessibility – Primarily deciding how easy it is to comply with ADA requirements in a segment. Connectivity – The ease of reaching destinations from the proposed trail. Critical Water Zone (CWQZ) – Indicates whether or not the trail segment is located in this zone. Erosion Hazard Zone (EHZ) – Indicates whether the trail segment is in the EHZ or not. Floodplain/Drainage Impacts – Indicates whether or not the trail segment is located in the floodplain and if there are any negative impacts to drainage. Right-of-Way – Indicates if a new easement is required in a trail segment. Obstructions – Indicates if there are features that would impact the location of the trail. Tree Impact – Indicates the impact to trees in a trail segment. Environmental – Indicates the whether or not environmental permits would be required.
