Using Enhanced Requesting
Using Enhanced Requesting form for ILL Staff
Using Enhanced Requesting If your library is a member of LADD the request will go to your library LADD account. Your library can be set up to receive an Alert that an Enhanced Request has been submitted from LA Search. The request will not be activated until a staff member at your library authorises it to do so.
Using Enhanced Requesting If your library is not a member of LADD, the request is sent to your library’s address according to the ILRS entry Library staff then the request to libraries which hold the item.
