‘Fronting’ ~ 倒裝句 2. S + be + Vpp + 地方副詞 Ex: George was attacked at the dark corner.  At the dark corner was attacked George. Ex: A man was locked behind the door.  Behind the door was locked a man. → 地方副詞 + be + Vpp + S

‘Fronting’ ~ 倒裝句 3. S + be + V-ing + 地方副詞 Ex: A pretty woman is walking on the street.  On the street is walking a pretty woman. Ex: Mary and John was sitting behind the door.  Behind the door was sitting Mary and John. → 地方副詞 + be +V-ing + S

‘Fronting’ ~ 倒裝句 4. Exception: If the subject is pronoun, ‘ 地方副詞 ’ can be put in front of the beginning of the sentences but we don’t have to inverse subject and verb. Ex: He stood there.  There he stood. Ex: It is here.  Here it is.
