Our School

Our Class

Our Equipment Onset HOBO Data Logger

Our Equipment Onset HOBO Data Logger

Students calculating daylight minutes from Internet data

Students do project research using the Internet

Students research using the Internet

Our Conclusions:

In November, the farther one goes to the south, the more daylight you will have. Conversely, as you travel north in November, the days are shorter. Our chart clearly shows this relationship of daylight minutes vs. latitude.

In November, the temperature is lowest in cities which were the farthest to the North. The farther you travel South, the warmer the temperature.

We all had fun doing this project.
