The white dolphins colour The Chinese White Dolphin is normally light grey or a whitish colour. The Chinese White Dolphin also can have a tint of pink as well. The reason Chinese White Dolphins can be pink is because of excessively developed blood vessel's in their skin. The dolphins are usually more of a pinkish colour in colder waters because more blood is around to warm the body up.

habitat The Chinese White dolphin lives in China mainly around the Soko Islands, Peng Chau and Lantau. Feeding habits Chinese White Dolphins eat small to medium sized fish. Chinese White Dolphins like other dolphin species use echo location to find their way around and to find food in murky water. Dolphin using echo location

predators The main natural predators are large sharks and killer whales. Humans also kill the dolphins for their meat and because the dolphins compete for fish with fisherman. Humans also affect the dolphins through making noise such as boat motors which interrupt the dolphins echo location.
