Anger Social Skills Unit What is anger? How do you feel when you are angry? What can we do when we are angry to calm down?

Some times people feel angry. When you feel angry your face may turn red and feel hot, your body might get very tense, you might want to shake your fist in the air or yell at someone. When your angry you might put your teeth together really tight and your eyebrows might go down really low. You also might cross your arms.

Arguing with a friend Not getting a turn when playing with friends

Getting into trouble with a parent or teacher Not getting your way

Not being able to play When you lose a game

Getting the wrong answerWhen someone cuts in front of the line

Yelling WhiningCrying

Fighting Calling People Bad Names Breaking things
