Instruction to the Presenters: 1.Wear a formal dress 2.Use Microsoft Power Point as the software tool for presentation 3.Medium of communication is English 4.Stand when presenting 5.Presenter when presenting should face the audience, but face the projector screen and use a pointer when explaining any material on the screen 6.Each presentation should limit to 10 minutes (maximum); At the end questions are directed to each and every presenter. Total time allocation for this is again 10 minutes. 7.Follow the slide format enclosed to prepare the slides 8.What is given in curly brackets are instructions and they should not appear on the slides. 9.Provide the relevant information required in square brackets. Once again the square brackets should not appear on the slides, but only the relevant information. 10.The Group Leader should lead the presentation and use 02 nd 03 rd and 04 th slides for this purpose. The Group Leader then present his work and follow the instructions in the subsequent three slides.
