This wave will totally blow you away and will certainly send you on the greatest thrill ride for your life!

Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. “For By Grace” SO, WHAT IS GRACE?  It is a kindness toward man, shown by God  It is the favor of God extended to man  It is an action that God chooses to perform  It has absolutely nothing to do with any action or response from man

“For By Grace” God, Independent Of Man, Chooses To Extend Kindness And Favor To Man

“For By Grace” I Have Zero To Do With It!

“Are You Saved”  I can have an eternal “connection” with God  I can avoid the Second Death of eternal judgment that separates us from God  I can be positioned in Christ

“Through Faith” WHAT IS FAITH? I have a total confidence and trust in God! I believe God, PERIOD! I have a total confidence and trust in God! I believe God, PERIOD!

“Through Faith” WHAT IS FAITH? Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

“And That Not Of Yourselves” God’s Grace is God’s Grace!

“And That Not Of Yourselves” It isn’t my Grace

“And That Not Of Yourselves” God chooses to extend His kindness to me

“And That Not Of Yourselves” I have nothing to do with Him choosing to do that

“And That Not Of Yourselves” It’s His choice completely!

“It Is The Gift Of God” He gives His Grace to me

“It Is The Gift Of God” It is a gift

“It Is The Gift Of God” It is not my gift to me

“It Is The Gift Of God” It is His gift to me

“Not Of Works” I did not do, nor can I ever do, anything that would “merit” God giving me kindness

“Not Of Works” He extended His kindness and favor because He, not me, or anything I can do, has motivated Him to do so

“Not Of Works” God makes the choice to extend kindness without any input or participation from me PERIOD!

“Lest Any Man Should Boast” No man can honestly say he did anything to merit God’s kindness

“Lest Any Man Should Boast” HE IS A LIAR IF HE DOES!

God’s Love, Mercy and Grace are all similar, but they are all somewhat different

GOD’S LOVE is the motivating plan behind all He does in saving a soul

GOD’S MERCY moved Him to give His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, for the unsaved

GOD’S GRACE is what God gives to the lost, because of what Jesus did on their behalf

God’s Grace perfects forever the saved

God positions the saved forever in Christ

Colossians 2: For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

Colossians 2: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Colossians 2: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

The Law had a merit system Grace does not have a merit system The Law had a merit system Grace does not have a merit system

Under the Law, you are positioned in Adam Under Grace, you are positioned in Christ Under the Law, you are positioned in Adam Under Grace, you are positioned in Christ

THOSE SAVED BY GRACE HAVE CHANGED POSITIONS, AND THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!

Romans 6: Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Romans 6: Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Romans 6: For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Rewards that will be given in Heaven should NEVER be confused with unmerited salvation

The Wave Of Human Merit Ain’t Much Of A Wave – But The Wave Of Unmerited Grace Of God Is Huge!

God Loves Me, PERIOD!

The Apostle John Got It

1 John 4: Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. 16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

1 John 4: Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 19 We love him, because he first loved us.

“I am the one who Jesus loves!” Listen to how John referred to himself…

John 13:23 Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.

John 19:26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!

John 20:2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the LORD out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

John 21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
