Why? A unique policy number is assigned when the application is started and submitted with the credit card transaction. If an application is: –closed and submitted later –or saved and submitted later a new unique policy number is assigned the later submission. NOTE: If the credit card transaction is not re-done, the submitted policy number will not match the original policy number assigned to the credit card transaction and we are unable to process the payment.
