At Breakfast

It is Sunday. It is nine o’clock. The Barkers are having breakfast in their living room. They are sitting on the chairs at the table in the middle of the room.

Mrs Barker is giving porridge to her husband and children. Sally likes her porridge with some sugar on it. John doesn’t like sugar on his porridge. He usually has some jam.

John and Sally always have tea with milk for breakfast. John sometimes has a ham sandwich or cucumber sandwich. Sally likes a cake with her tea. Mr Barker often drinks coffee before his porridge. Mrs Barker doesn’t like porridge. She usually has cornflakes and milk for breakfast.

Chase and Smokey don’t have their breakfast in the living room. They have breakfast in the garden. Smoky has milk and Chase has meat or porridge for breakfast.
