Music classes on week in school, how are they situated in the timetable ? Let’s see who doesn’t have music classes… oTurkey oPoland oBulgaria But Poland has “extra singing classes” France and Romania has 1 hour a week music class. Spain has music classes twice a week.

Do you use musical instruments during your Music lessons? Instruments used during the music lessons: xylophone, triangle, piano, guitar, “SAZ”, drums, “tam-tam” And the most popular instrument in every country : THE FLUTE

School anthem : On what occasion do you sing it? The only country which has a school anthem is…. Romania Choir or school band: In Bulgaria and Romania the children have choir, but in Poland and France they have school bands. Turkey has choir and school band too.

The favourite types of music of the Comenius partners are R&B and Rock ! And here are the singers & bands they like most :

Now, let’s see what folk costumes look like in each country: Bulgarian folk costume

Polish folk costume

Turkish folk costume

French folk costume

Romanian folk costume

Folk musical instruments In France, the most popular folk instruments are “ LE GALOUBET” and “ LE TAMBOURIN ”, but the most popular instrument in the every country is the flute.

How do you acquire CD’s of your favourite singers? All of the countries acquire CD’s by downloading from the Internet but in France and Turkey they buy the CD’s from the music shops too. In Turkey, Poland, Spain and Bulgaria CD’s made by the children do not exist but in Romania and France, they record themselves playing the guitar and singing.

Clubs In all of the six countries, you can get into clubs between the ages of 16 and 18. In Poland, Spain and France, there are no clubs in the partners’cities, contrary to Romania & Turkey where there are clubs in Satu Mare and Aydin. Concerts and festivals In every country there are festivals and concerts except in Bulgaria.
