WHS Band/Choir Tour June 12-19, 2014 San Diego-Los Angeles

Trip Leaders: -Eric Rooke – Director -Katie Rooke – Director Chaperones: Chaperones will be determined at a later date. Our policy is that we will choose WPSD #1 employees first. The only exception is if a student has medical needs and requires a parent to accompany him or her. -We will have 1 chaperone per 10 students.

 Over 100 years combined experience planning customized tours for high school bands, choirs, and orchestras Our Goal is to offer you the most economical pricing, while delivering a quality tour that exceeds your expectations! We provide friendly customer service, and our company is built on integrity. We are confident that you will receive a quality, memorable tour at the lowest price possible. Leave it to the Experts!!! Group Travel Planners

Important Information: -This is a “School Supported” trip, not “School Sponsored” trip. -This means that YOU as the parent/guardian are responsible and liable for your student -You will sign a liability release for the School District, Mr. & Mrs. Rooke, All Chaperones, and Group Travel Planners

Student Expectations:  Tour Contract:  Follow all School Policies as delineated in the WHS student planner. If not, the student will be sent home at their own expense. The student also understands that if they are sent home they will pay to fly a chaperone home with them and then back to California at their own expense.  Students are Required to PASS ALL CLASSES from the day they sign the contract until the day we leave  If a student receives a “Code of Conduct” Violation from the school district they will not be allowed to attend.  Failure to follow these expectations will result in removal from tour WITHOUT A REFUND!  Mr. & Mrs. Rooke will also be sending home a policy manual for tour that you will need to sign. This will happen next fall.
