Health Information Important Note: 7 th Grade immunization requirements include: 1 dose of Tdap Booster if at least five years have passed since the last dose 1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine 2 doses of Varicella vaccine on or after the first birthday (separated by at least 1 month OR a statement that your child has had the Chicken Pox illness) Please make sure that your child has had these updates to their immunizations AND that you have provided a copy of the shot record to your child's school nurse so that his/her records can be updated. Jr High Students taking High School Credit High school credit courses count toward high school grade point average (GPA). Academic is 60/40 – Major/Minor PAP is 70/30 – Major/Minor This would include Spanish I, French I, Algebra, Geometry, Spanish for Spanish Speakers, Teen Leadership and any of the Principles courses.
