ConfidentialInotek Systems NTRA can issue a temporary pilot trial 3.5GHz license free of charge to all commercial operators that are interested to become licensed 3.5GHz operators after one year. Of course NTRA must also at the outset specify the permanent licensing fees after the end of the one year free of charge pilot trial license. After the one year temporary free of charge license has expired then operators with pilot license that decide to become permanent licensees will sign with TRA for a permanent license and others that are not interested will stop their pilot and return all 3.5GHz equipment to their vendors.

ConfidentialInotek Systems NTRA can also issue several type of licensing agreements: –5 year licensing deal –10 year licensing deal –Forever licensing deal NTRA can also issue the above licensing deals on a regional basis as well.
