2 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS ENTRANCE INTO THE WORLD TO BE SPECIAL! Birth was prophesied. Birth was announced. Birth in unusual circumstances. That is a special  BIRTH

3 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS PERSONAL CLAIMS TO BE MAJESTIC! Claims to come from heaven. Claims to have a special relationship with God. Claims the right to forgive sins. Claims to be eternal. Claims to fulfill all scripture. Those are majestic  CLAIMS

4 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS CHARACTER OF LIFE TO BE PERFECT! Lived without sin, kept all commandments. Resisted all temptation. Always served the needs of others completely. That is a perfect  LIFE

5 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS WORDS/TEACHING TO BE MONUMENTAL AND PROFOUND. He spoke with authority. He spoke of a new law. He was never trapped in his speech. His words have stood the test of time. There is no teaching equaling His  WORDS

6 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS POWER TO BE UNEQUALLED! Exercised Power over: NatureQuantity TimeQuality DistanceKnowledge DeathDemons That is unequalled  Each miracle revealed something about His character! POWER

7 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS DEATH TO BE FUNCTIONAL! He prophesied and described his own death. He allowed himself to be put to death. He died for the sins of the world. He died that others might live eternally. That is a functional  DEATH

8 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS RESURRECTION AS A NECESSITY. He claimed he would rise on the 3 rd day. Raised, completely, never to die again. Was raised without a mediator. That’s an unstoppable  RESURRECTION

9 If Jesus were God … you’d expect: HIS DWELLING TO BE UNLIMITED. He came to earth of his own free will. He ascended to the right hand of God. He will return to receive his own. He will take them with him to heaven! That is a limitless  DWELLING

10 Jesus Christ must be the Son of God! CLAIMS LIFE DEATH BIRTH RESURRECTION WORDS DWELLING POWER

11 So, what will you do with Jesus, the Son of God? All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth.
