 Using the Google Calendar allows you to create events (booking lab time and requests for signing out mobile technology), set alerts and reminders for each event, and share your events with specific people (lab techs or aides).  Click here to watch an overview of Google Calendar. In order to book lab time or sign out technology from the lab (including mobile equipment) you must create an event in the calendar to confirm your interest in doing so. You can receive reminders for your events as well as notifications about updates on events for your calendar. You can also send notifications to members of your district. Your calendar is already shared with the Rye City School district. However, if you’d like someone specific to see your events (like lab aides or techs), then you may share your calendar and give them the ability to view your creations, updates and revisions.
