Begin Recovery Process EPSB Website Begin the Password Recovery Process

Forgot Password Screen The first screen in the Recovery process is the Forgot Password screen You will chose to recover your password via Hint Q&A or Hint Q & A

Password Recovery Option 1 Hint Q & A

Click the ‘Start’ button to begin recovering your password using Hint Q&A Hint Q & A

Hint Q & A – ID Verification Your full SSN and either User Name or Date of Birth are required and must match the information already on file at the EPSB The picture code is additional online security and must be typed exactly as shown Click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed

Hint Q & A – Hint Answers Type in answer to your one of your previously chosen Hint Questions Click the ‘Continue’ button to proceed

Hint Q & A – New Password Provide and Confirm a new password containing a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers Click the ‘Reset Password’ button to complete the recovery process

Hint Q & A – Login You will receive this confirmation screen when your Password has been successfully reset Click the ‘Click here to Login’ link to access the EPSB login page

Hint Q & A - Confirmation You will receive an message each time you have successfully recovered (reset) your password

Password Recovery Option 2

Enter your full SSN, confirm SSN and address for verification against information already on file at the EPSB Enter verification code from picture into textbox. Click the ‘Recover Password’ button to proceed

- Verification If the SSN and combination match information on file at the EPSB, you will receive verification on the screen and also via Screen Verification Verification

– Reset Link Click on the link provided in the Verification message to access the Reset Password screen Verification Click on this link before the expiry time indicated Link expiry time

– New Password Provide and Retype a new password containing a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers Click the ‘Reset Password’ button to complete the recovery process

- Confirmation You will receive an message each time you have successfully recovered (reset) your password
