Psychology to Survival A key ingredient in any survival situation is your mental attitude Remember your goal: maintain life and return Knowledge and skill is good, but doesn’t guarantee you’ll meet your goal “Will to survive” -- Absolutely essential “Survival stresses” -- You will encounter them Know what they are and how they affect you and your reactions to them
