Learning to Look for the Topic
What is a Topic? A topic is a word or group of words that tells what something is about. For example, a friend might as you, “What is your book about?” Your friend doesn’t want to know EVERYTHING about the book. He just wants to know the topic. You would answer, “It’s about mountain climbing.”
