4.Input the information for each of your Executive Hosts and “Save Registration” The # of Executive Hosts for each division is on the Ring of Honor website Key points: In most instances the Executive Host will not have a guest invited. Identify which events the Executive Host will be attending (Tuesday Welcome Dinner and/or Thursday Gala Awards Celebration Some divisions identify different Executive Hosts for each evening Once this is completed, the Executive Host and their Administrative assistant will receive an inviting them to register for the event. Executive Hosts will receive a link to the registration form on the Ring of Honor web site. They will receive a login name and password to complete the registration. Here is the registration form that they will receive. They receive access to the full Ring of Honor web site that will give them all of the information related to the web site. Dear YOUR NAME You are invited to be an Executive Host at the 2012 President’s Ring of Honor which takes place in Purchase, New York, from Tuesday, June 5th through Friday, June 8th. As a host, you will play an important role in making this program and celebration one of the most memorable experiences of our winners’ lives. The role of the Executive Host is to: provide executive presence during the President’s Ring of Honor event; participate in designated activities identified by your Division Representative; and help make the winners’ experiences as rewarding as possible Here is a brief overview of the event: Tuesday, June 5 Cocktail Meet and Greet (5:30 - 6:45pm) at the Greenwich Hyatt followed by our Welcome Dinner (7:00 - 9:30pm). Dress Code: Men - jacket & tie, Women - dress or blouse with skirt or slacks. Executive Hosts are expected to be in attendance at this event per the coordination with with the Ring of Honor Division Representative. Wednesday, June 6 An all day excursion to New York City. Optional for Executive Hosts but a great time to spend with these winners! Dress Code: Casual, comfortable shoes are suggested as well as a sweater or jeacket. Jeans are acceptable. Thursday, June 7 Morning Business Session at the PepsiCo Headquarters 8: :30pm) starting with courtyard welcome followed by afternoon activities. The Gala Awards Dinner on the grounds of PepsiCo Headquarters in Purchase with cocktail reception starting at 5:30pm. Executive Hosts are expected to be in attendance at this event per the coordination with the Ring of Honor Division Representatives. Dress Code: Men - business suit and tie, Women - cocktail dress, pantsuit, or skirt and blouse. Friday, June 8th Departures Click Here Your registration password is: xxxxxxx The week of the Ring of Honor is very busy in the New York and Connecticut area. Hotel availability will be very tight and we suggest you complete your registration as soon as possible. Hotel rooms are available at the Greenwich Hyatt and other hotels in the area. You will be responsible for room, tax and incidentals associated with your stay. Please make your airline and ground transportation arrangements through your usual booking and payment methods. We ask that you confirm your attendance and register by Wednesday, May 9th as the contract with the hotel requires a confirmation from us for total rooms. We can typically put all Executive Hosts at the Greenwich Hyatt. For registrations after May 9th, we may not be able to put you at the Greenwich Hyatt. However we will offer alternative hotels in the area.
