Knees  Slight flexion  Knees over toes Torso  Slight bend  Chest up right Platform  Ball load  Front elbow relaxed.  Shoulders level and stable. Head and Eyes  Shoulder the chin  Eyes down the barrel Grip  Laces as desired  Smaller hand further back on the ball  Spread finger  Air in the grip

Perfect platform  Loaded gun Back shoulder at the target. Upright posture. Weight back
