Legend = Offense = Defense = Coach = Ball Lacrosse Tic Tac Toe is actually a 4 v 3 drill under Pressure. The drill is designed to get players to understand the concept of moving the ball under pressure from the strong side of the field to the weak side of the field by moving the ball quickly to achieve a 2 on 1advantage. As well this Drill is also Designed to show the Defense how to rotate in a man down situation. The ball should never go behind when going 4 on 3. When you go to 5 v 4 the ball can move behind. Please be advised this illustration does not show the field In proper dimension. When doing this drill cones are used and are about yards apart, shrinking the offensive and defensive space.
