Why not a traditional toolbar? We wanted to reach the widest possible audience There are many browsers in use today All support different types of (incompatible) extensions (Or none at all – Safari, for example) A different toolbar for every browser Requires installation – may not be able to use at work, university, school
What can I do with it? Increase / Decrease text size Alter page font, line spacing Spell checking In-line dictionary Text-to-speech References Colour (Toolbar colour, text and link colours) High-contrast page styles

How do I use it? There are two ways to install the TechDis Toolbar: Lite Version (Recommended) Simply bookmark a link in your browser Every time you want to use the toolbar, click the bookmark Will work in corporate, university, school environments Updates automatically when new features available
How do I use it? Full Installation Download the installer, install into the browsers of your choice Will load on every page Won’t work for some browsers, or on Mac OS X / Linux
Toolbar Lite Embedded The Lite version of TechDis Toolbar can be embedded in websites Users will be able to use all the accessibility features of having the installed or Lite version, without having to install anything Installation is simple, usage is free
