ROOF REFURBISHMENT, PV &LED LIGHTING Roof and LED:  35% of roof & LED price contributed by customer; 65% loan provided by Kingspan  Loan repaid over 3 years in fixed quarterly payments  Loan Criteria - ratio of roof refurbishment to funded PV capacity 10m 2 :1kW (10km 2 : 1MW) PV System:  PV funded entirely by Kingspan, subject to customer granting a 25 year lease of roof  PPA at a discount of at least 20% to current price index (RPI) linked for 25 years PV and Roof O&M for 25 years free of charge Note: Roof O&M limited to inspection & preventative maintenance
