2 Benefits Can be used for both CLP and non-CLP samples; Can be customized to meet Regional needs; Reduces time and effort of field sampling activities; Eliminates manual transcription errors; and Produces customized electronic output for input into Region-specific databases.

3 In the field today FORMS II Lite  in use now in eight Regions: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10. AOC has provided hands- on training for most Regions. Feedback is always gathered for future enhancements. Current Status
