Elimination of Child Count Verification. Emphasis on Improvement Planning: “Think RDA” –Both at the SEA and LEA Level. –5 Year “SAM” Cycle now associated with LEA “PIR”. –Connection or “Bridges” to other System Activities: MTSS RTI SPDG Efforts
