P.E.F. Grants for Arts Educators Proceeds of the festival have been used for: unique classroom learning opportunities special equipment for arts classroom use P.E.F has been able to offer nearly100 arts grants over the past 11years in upwards of $140,000 They have been awarded to visual and performing arts teachers district wide

Spring of Entered discussions with the City about moving the festival to a downtown location. Multiple meetings about available resources hurdles, and desired outcomes. July of Finalized the partnership and finalized a date. Peoria Unified committee of arts educators assembled to view the location and facilities.
