Talent Match ➔ BIG Lottery Funded provision. ➔ Talent Match in 21 locations across the country ➔ Prince’s Trust has 5 prime contracts and is also supporting others ➔ Delivery is based on local needs, therefore no project is the same ➔ Youth led delivery ➔ Lincolnshire Contract £1.1 million – over 5 years Delivery Areas: Lincoln (Abbey Ward), Gainsborough, Skegness (Scarborough Ward), Boston (Fenside)

1-1 Youth Advocate Delivery ➔ Delivery via Youth Advocates is on a 1-1 basis ➔ 1-1 continuous support to that individual, helping them access training, learning, build confidence, employability skills with the primary goal to gain employment. Youth Advocates work closely with all the organisations that are working with the individual already and aim to enhance provisional offers, there is no specific end date to Youth Advocate support ➔ Young People need to be years old ➔ Unemployed over 12 months – primarily hidden NEETs as priority

Talent Match Network ➔ Lincoln, Gainsborough, Skegness, Boston (not ward specific as direct delivery) ➔ Open to unemployed, those that have experienced unemployed ➔ Primarily aged 17 – 25 ➔ Membership to the network allows young people to access the commissioned training/services in their area ➔ Network offers opportunities to engage in Commissioning, Marketing, Administration
