4709 N Oberlin N Oberlin, Huron to Newman, is a 354 ft long dirt and gravel road in a 40 ft ROW Huron and Newman are improved with pavement, curb and most sidewalks Oberlin is a future neighborhood greenway in the 2030 plan GIS shows some narrow pavement on Oberlin west of Huron, however, street view does not show pavement Oberlin ends at the peninsula crossing trail to the west and does not continue east of Newman, so cut-through traffic is unlikely

4709 N Oberlin Oberlin, Olin to Newman, has 16 homes and the potential for eight more A connection from Huron to Newman is unlikely to attract much traffic, though completion of Oberlin west of Huron could do so in the future Up to 240 trips per day are anticipated from 24 homes Oberlin ends at the peninsula crossing trail to the west and does not continue east of Newman so cut-through traffic is unlikely Speeding is not anticipated unless Oberlin is completed west of Huron
