Applicable Statute NRS Notification of victim of escape or release of offender provides: Upon written request by the victim, DOC will notify them if the offender: A)Escapes B)Released into the community; and C)Is temporarily released into the community. All victim information is confidential.
Notifications Sentence structure & location of offender; Escape & recapture of offender; Discharge of sentence; Application for residential confinement programs; Execution; Death of offender; International transfers; and Interstate compact transfers.
Hearings Parole Board; Pardons Board; and Executions.
